In FASHION, outfits

Fuzzy Blue Top XS {Pink Version} | Pink Tulle SkirtBCBG Nude Pumps | Similar Clutch (Love this one) | OPI Nail Polish | Pink Lipstick | Trending Above Drop Earrings | Diamond Bracelet

Everything about this is so classic and feminine and probably one of my favorite outfits yet! The colors, the fabrics, and the fit are perfect, and who doesn’t love a tulle skirt…a $10 tulle skirt! Forever 21 has a ton of these awesome fuzzy sweaters in so many pretty pastel colors and they are SO comfy. And if you’re looking for a classic pair of pointed toe pumps these are great BCBG’s from DSW. I wore this outfit to a great Saturday night date at the ballet downtown in the Capitol Theater (such a cool old building).. I don’t know how but somehow I managed to talk Chris into that one 🙂

Let’s take a minute to talk about Alyssa Bove’s jewelry company – Trending Above.  I’m wearing two of her gorgeous pieces, the drop earrings and diamond bracelet. She does custom designs and can change the colors on any of the pieces she makes, how awesome is that!? You guys have to check out her website to see more of her glamorous pieces. All items available online here! [@trendingabove]

For my makeup & nails, I wanted to stay with the same soft & romantic look. I switched things up a bit from my normal red or fuchsia lipsick and wore a creamy light pink NYX shade with NARS blush. If you like natural looking nail colors – OPI Bubblebath is perfect. It’s also nice that it’s so light because when it starts to chip you can barely tell!

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday spending time with the people you love! Sunday is my favorite day of the week to unwind and get organized for the week ahead. It’s also a great day to reflect on all the beautiful blessings God has worked in to my life throughout the previous week. It’s easy to get distracted & stressed and forget to be thankful for even the littlest things we take for granted in our ‘busy’ lives. Every morning I open to a new page in my devotional to receive a few uplifting words to meditate on before starting my day.

November 9th, Jesus Calling Devotional – Sarah Young

I am constantly planning, re-planning, scheduling, and trying to get things crossed off my to-list so everything is done on time, but it always seems impossible to do it all. Today’s devotional is the perfect reminder that sometimes we just can’t do it all – or at least don’t have to do it all alone. What an encouraging thought to know that no matter what the future brings, you can have joy from the sole fact that He is with you in all that you do.

“Can you add even one hour to your worrying life? You can’t do that very little thing. So why worry about the rest?” Luke 12:24&26

Sit quietly with Him today and take a minute to prepare spiritually for the week ahead.

Happy Sunday friends & thanks for stopping by 😉
