Well, it’s official, I’m moving back home to Indiana on 4th of July weekend! There’s a lot of big changes coming up, but I’m so ready to start working on some exciting new projects and to be close to my family again. Utah has been so incredible and such a good experience for me, and of course I’ve loved every second of living so close to Chris. I’m going to miss all the wonderful people I’ve met out here (and the mountains) so much! Chris is going out to San Fransisco with his business partner for a couple months to work on launching the final version of their app. Long distance is going to suck, but a couple weekend trips to California doesn’t sound too bad to me 🙂

I know I talked a lot about taking risks and making changes in my post last week, but just wanted to add that your heart usually knows what the right thing is for you to do. Go with your gut feeling and have faith that things will always work out the way they should. And it’s always comforting to keep in mind that nothing is permanent and you can always change your mind. I’m ready to start this next chapter of life surrounded by the people I love more than anything!

My parents always host a big party at our pool on 4th of July weekend with our friends & family and I can’t wait for Chris to meet my huge (and kinda wild) extended family! We’re road tripping back east next week and hitting a couple fun spots along the way, I’ll be sure to keep ya updated via Instagram! Find all details about this outfit below – this is swiss dot off the shoulder top & rolled up denim look is comfy, festive and perfect for roasting marshmallows, watching fireworks, grilling out, lounging by the pool/lake, etc. What fun things does your family do for the 4th of July?

What camera do you use if I may ask? It takes such beautiful clear and crisp pictures! You're stunning by the way! (: have a great day!

Thanks Gabi! Most of my pictures are taken with a Canon T5i 🙂
