In FASHION, outfits

I don’t care who you are, what body type you have, or how often you hit the gym, we all have our body insecurities we struggle with when it comes to swimsuit season. I’m partnering with Target on their #NOFOMO (no fear of missing out) swimwear campaign to promote the idea that no matter your body type – petite, tall, curvy, etc. – we’re all beautifully unique in our own way.

Yes, some days I wish I had longer legs, a bigger butt, and maybe a little more help up top, BUT that wouldn’t be me – and where’s the fun in just being like everyone else? Embrace the body you were given because after all, confidence in your own imperfections is the most attractive thing you can have. Plus, Target’s swimwear collection this season is adorable and affordable – and has so many options for every body type. Shop the entire collection here.

Part of having confidence in your body is knowing what looks good on YOU. One of the most important things I consider when picking out swimwear is the fit and style. I love one pieces, but because I’m so short, I don’t exactly look like the tall, skinny, victoria secret-ish girls in them. I chose these two bikinis from target because I love the unique fit of both tops and the comfort of the bottoms.  And it’s not every day I show up to the pool in an american flag bikini, but it’s fun and a step outside my comfort zone which is what this campaign is all about 🙂

I encourage you to take on the Target #NOFOMO mindset and say yes to all the beach days, pool parties, and bikini-welcome events this summer – shake off body insecurities and don’t letting anything get in the way of having fun while the weather warms up.
