When it’s raining,  but there are places to go and people to see you, you have to plan ahead for how you’re going arrive without looking like a frizzy wet mess. This time of year we’re starting to get a lot more rain – which is my least favorite weather to dress for because personally I think it’s the most difficult. Here are three keys pieces you should have in your closet to throw on when the forecast isn’t looking too great to create a simple go-to look for rainy days:

1. Cute Rain Coat or Trench Coat Options:

2. Rain boots – the tall Hunter boots work pretty well, but the short boots look cute too! I love the Hunter boot inserts for when it starts to get cold.

3. A trendy umbrella (just ordered this cute thing!)
