Mother’s Day Gifts

If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you’ve probably noticed by now that my family is my life. And the women who hold it together couldn’t have set a better example for how to live a life full of happiness and love. My mom is the first person I go to when seeking guidance about anything. I’m amazed how she always seems to know the right thing to say (whether it’s what I want to hear or not). I’m so thankful for the constant love she shows and how she always chooses to put her kids’ needs before her own. I love you mom, and I know what selfless & unconditional love is because of you! Just a few thank you’s all that you do…

Thank you for all the times I’ve called in the middle of the night and you’ve answered. I’m so annoying, sorry.

Thank you for always pushing me to do the right thing instead of the easy thing.

Thank you for teaching and showing me what it means to be a woman of God.

Thank you for letting me know when I’m being dramatic and always putting things in perspective for me.

Thank you for all the cooking, cleaning, and hours of work put in that at times are taken for granted.

Thank you for being by my side and cheering me on to accomplish my goals as if they were your own.

Thank you (and dad) for setting an example of the type of healthy and happy marriage I hope to have some day.
