Emerald is bold, bright, and a surprisingly easy color to pull off for all hair and skin colors. This floor length maxi skirt from ChicWish.com is definitely a new favorite in my closet!  It has a silky lining and and layers of chiffon that just so happen to blow in the wind perfectly as you walk 😉 I paired this elegant skirt with a little blue crop top – the ruffle adds a fun detail to the waistline. I found the perfect clutch to pull the look together – navy stripes with cobalt, turqoise & green gems!
