Helloooo Monday morning! Today I’m showing you a few of my favorite ‘Kentucky’ moments inside my tiny little apartment. I received these adorable pieces from a Kentucky-based company called Grainwell run by three sisters who have a passion for design and handmade items. The girls can customize both of these items in ANY city or state of your choice!
[White KY Abbreviation Frame] [KENTUCKY City Stacked] [Coffee Mug]
Grainwell is offering free shipping for my readers if you use code LOVELY when ordering online at the Grainwell Website. They’re such a cute idea for a gallery wall or used on their own like I did above 🙂 Even though my apartment is tiny and old-ish, it’s so easy to make it feel like a home by adding accessories and pretty trinkets to the space.
A few other quick tips for making your living space a place you love:
1. Always add fresh flowers! They brighten up any room and add a pop of color. (I get mine at Trader Joe’s!)
2. Find some fun lighting. Lately I’m loving acrylic lamps I found at Home Goods to create a cozy ambiance. (I love this one and this one from Lulu & Georgia).
3. You can never have too many candles. I’m currently using Rosafolio by diptyque to get me in the mood for spring time! Voluspa candles from Anthropologie are also my favorite.
4. Beautify your bedside table by adding a fancy knick knacks tray (like this Kate Spade one or gorgeous Gold Addis Tray) and few of your favorite coffee table books.
5. Create a homemade vanity. Whether it be a desk with a mirror hung on the wall above it, or this cute one piece vanity from IKEA, a vanity is a must-have nook for your bedroom!
6. Clean white bedding and some cute throw pillows to match your taste will make the room feel personalized. Find some lovely options at Serena and Lily.
XO, Happy Monday!
