Fashion at the Races

Sharing last Sunday’s outfit from the races during my trip to Kentucky wearing Black Halo – a brand I came across this year when I was planning outfits for New York Fashion Week. I’m wearing the Farrow Dress – flirty and bell sleeved with two-toned lace. It’s the perfect show-stopping mini for your next event!

My fascinator is from Christine A. Moore’s collection sold at the Keeneland shop – she’s the official milliner for Breeders’ Cup, the Florida Derby and the Preakness Stakes. Christine’s hats have been featured in InStyle with Katy Perry, Vanity Fair with Jennifer Lopez, Sophisticated Living, Harpers’ Bazaar and showcased in both Nashville and Gossip Girl.. so it was pretty awesome to get the chance to style one of her pieces for Keeneland!

I love the whole Black Halo collection – it’s sophisticated and iconic looking.  If you’re looking for a sophisticated dress or jumpsuit for a formal event this fall/winter, they have so many great options. Also – I know it’s a little far away, but it’s a great place to find a Derby dress!
