I wore this outfit to dinner last week to my new favorite restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City – The Copper Onion. It’s one of those places you go just because you love the ambiance (laid-back, trendy atmosphere with an open kitchen) and because they have one of the greatest burgers I’ve ever had in my life! After dinner we went to see Odyssey Dance Theater perform their yearly Halloween tradition inspired by Michael Jackson’s classic 1983 short film/music video ‘Thriller’.. and it was awesome.
So, because my sweater (and most sweaters I own) was too long, I decided to tuck it in to my skirt and wear it high-waisted – problem solved. This ‘flounce’ skirt adds a bit of feminine flair to my office-y date night look. When wearing a fluted hem, be sure to pair it with something fitted up top for the most flattering look.
My Eula Fern’s necklace adds the perfect touch of glam. Eula Fern’s is a Christ-centered business that passes their love for Jesus and timeless beauty on to each and every customer. I received my beautiful accessories in the mail and a card in the box with the words: “You are altogether beautiful, my darling, there is no flaw in you” – Song of Solomon 4:7.
