Weekend in Kentucky

Last weekend I took a trip to see Linds down in Northern Kentucky –  there are times when you need to just drop everything and go see your best friend and this was one of those times! There’s nothing more comforting than knowing you have a best friend who understands you almost as good as you understand yourself – and in some areas better than you know yourself! I am so thankful for her! We had such a relaxing weekend doing the things we love most – sleeping in, talking about everything you could imagine (no one can get a word in when we’re together), eating good food, spending time with old friends from school, and watching the cats win the SEC tourney.

The weather was actually pretty warm when I was in town so I had the chance to shoot a couple of the outfits I wore during the weekend with Anna Ahern – who I’d been wanting to meet for a while now! She’s so talented and sweet – and she did the wedding photos for a friend of mine I cheered with – see her incredible work from that wedding  here.
