One of the hardest things about sticking to a work-out routine and healthy diet is traveling all the time. If you’re like me and you travel a lot for work, it’s pretty hard to keep your pantry stocked with fresh groceries, avoid fast food, and find a gym. My best friend Linds is a dietitian, so I’m always asking her for healthy snack recommendations to keep in the fridge/pantry that will stay fresh for a full week or longer. I know some of you have been asking about my diet, so here’s a list of some of my favorite healthy snack ideas for your next trip to the grocery store:
—
-Sweet Potatoes with real butter.
-Honeycrisp apples with peanut butter (pick a peanut butter with only ‘peanuts’ as the ingredient like Crazy Richards).
-Uncured Salami with cheese (cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar cheese).
-Berries and heavy cream (great snack for before bed!).
-Avocado, cherry tomatoes, and baby mozzerlla w/ oil & vinegar.
-Peaches & Cottage Cheese.
-Whole Grain bread with peanut butter & honey.
-Plain Greek Yogurt with berries & granola.
-Turkey burger with brown mustard and brussels sprouts.
-Whole Grain Cereal (Kashi GOLEAN Cinnamon Crisp Cereal).
-Fresh fruit (Pineapple, grapes, strawberries).
-Lightly Salted Almonds & Pistachios

These pictures were taken at a cute new acaí bowl & juicery shop in my hometown – Simply Pressed Juice. If you live in Southbend / Granger you have to stop in and try it out – their bowls are awesome and the Vanilla Maple Keto Coffee is so good 🙂 Hope this post helped with your grocery shopping this week!

Dining at happy hour in nyc west village isn’t just about enjoying a meal or drinks; it’s about stepping back in time and immersing yourself in centuries of history and tradition.
