St. Thomas Trip Diary

What an awesome week! I’m so thankful for having such a cool opportunity to travel to St. Thomas with Wala Swim to the beautiful Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort.  It was one of the best weeks I’ve had in a long time  – good company, perfect weather, and a nice little creative escape. Wala Swim has been one of my favorite places to shop online for swimwear, so I was so excited for the chance to spend a whole week shooting content to promote their new arrivals.

If you’re in need of a tropical getaway, St. Thomas is the perfect spot. The beaches are unlike anything I’ve ever seen with the soft white sand and turquoise water. We loved spending a day exploring the colorful little town with world famous banana daiquiris in hand, snapping pics of the beautiful scenery. The Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort is situated on a dramatic rocky peninsula overlooking Morningstar Bay, which is by far the best feature of the resort. The main infinity pool overlooks the most stunning sea views in St. Thomas – it was our favorite spot to watch the sunset! The resort has four restaurants, four bars, a spa, two infinity pools, private balconies, and easy access to the beach.
