One of my favorite things to do is browse Pinterest, design magazines, and sites like Elle Decor for beautiful bedroom inspiration in my warm, cozy bed (with a cup of something warm + sweet + topped with whipped cream). When I was working at Alice Lane in Salt Lake City (an interior design firm), my favorite rooms to style were bedrooms – very feminine, dreamy, and sophisticated bedrooms 🙂 9 times out of 10, any of my co-workers could pick out which rooms I styled based on the amount of: white, cream, pink, soft textures, pastel artwork, dainty light fixtures, flowers, candles.. you get my point.
I’ve gotten lots of e-mails over the past few months about room inspiration/advice, so I just wanted to share a few spaces I’ve come across that will hopefully spark some creativity if you’re in the process of re-decorating. And even if you weren’t planning on re-decorating, the upcoming season change is always a good excuse to pull out your Home Goods card and do a bit of “updating” if ya know what I mean!
Which room inspires you the most? Sweet dreams!
