Hey guys! Here’s my monthly post of the 5 things I’ve been using this month that I really love and want to share with ya. Hope you find something you love and hope your March is off to a good start 🙂
1. A good book to read..
The 5 Love Languages – singles edition by Gary Chapman
This book has taught me more about myself and how to understand and strengthen each unique relationship I have in my life better than anything else I’ve ever read. Do you know what your love language is? Gift giving, quality time, words of affirmation, acts of service (devotion), or physical touch?
“Nothing has more potential for enhancing one’s sense of well-being than effectively loving and being loved. This book is designed to help you do both of these things effectively.” -Gary Chapman
2. Vitamins for your hair, skin, and nails..
I found these gummies at Target and I love them. The serving size is 3 per day (but I wish it was more bc they taste so good, haha). Each serving provides biotin, antioxidant vitamins C & E, and 12 essential nutrients to support healthy hair, skin and nails. I’ve tried other pills in the past but I’ve seen the best overall results with these!
3. LED light settings vanity mirror..
(This JUST sold out, but will be restocked in a couple weeks – I will give ya an update! In the meantime, check out other items in VP’s new arrivals for 50% off with code OLIVIA45 here.) Every girl needs one of these. I use it when doing my makeup to see up close in my bathroom – you can adjust the customized light settings by just touching the button on the mirror (cool/natural/warm) and it has a 7x magnification side for seeing up close. The design is pretty too (and it’s cord free) – it looks perfect on your bathroom vanity.

4. If you’re constantly in heels..
If you’re like me and pretty much live your life in high heels, you need to get these. Almost anytime I wear heels to an event or show where I know I’ll be standing for a long time I wear foot petals in my shoes under the ball of my feet. Also – I’m in between a size 5.5 and 6, so sometimes it helps to wear these in my size 6 shoes to help fill them out more. You can find them at Macy’s and Kohl’s!
5. Blow dry spray..
I’ve been using just a tiny bit of this mist on my roots and then blow drying my hair upside down – it gives a really nice volume that lasts 2 days after washing. My hair is really long and pretty fine, so this spray helps make it looks thicker – especially when I curl it after blow drying.
Hope you found a new favorite from my February faves! xoxo from Akumal, Mexico!!
