NYFW 2: Suede Skirt + Chic Stripes

Hi guys! I wore this outfit during my first day in NYC. A burnt orange suede skirt paired with a chic black and white striped tie-neck top from Lulu’s. This top is a great piece for fall and also looks so cute tucked into black high-waisted jeans or a black midi-skirt. The accessories:  suede tassel cross body & chunky leather sandals both from Rebecca Minkoff. These shoes saved my feet during the first day of running around to brand meetings all day – they’re so comfortable and pair well with so many different outfits. These pictures were taken in between shows while Lauren and I ran around the charming cobblestone streets of Soho.

I stayed at 2 different hotels during the week and loved them both. The Nomo Soho Hotel was modern, elegant, had great city views, and is in one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city.  The last couple nights I was at the Dream Downtown in Chelsea/Meatpacking and it was SO awesome – hip, edgy, an amazing pool deck, and cool rooftop. I highly recommend both if you’re making a trip to NYC anytime soon.
