Hi guys! I’m in the middle of all the New York Fashion Week craziness right now, but wanted to write a quick post about some my favorite places I’ve been shopping online lately. In the last couple years I’ve completely shifted from being an ‘in-store-only’ shopper to almost an exclusive online shopper 😂 It’s honestly just so much easier for when I’m styling outfits for specific photoshoots, and with so many stores doing 2-day shipping now, it’s hard to beat.

If you’ve been following for a while, you’ve probably noticed I like affordable fashion. Most of my fashion week outfits this year are from a lot fo the stores in this post (I’ll do a full outfit recap post later this week!). Honestly with my job I can’t spend a ton of money on clothing – I’d be broke 😂 The expensive pieces I post are usually loans from showrooms for creative shoots or splurge pieces I wear all the time. I’ve just never really been into spending a ton of money on clothes unless it’s something I’ll be wearing all the time.

Another really important factor for me when I’m shopping for outfits is FIT. I’m extremely petite (4’11” and  under 100 lbs), so finding things that fit my frame correctly is such a challenge. I have to get so many things altered, but most of the store below cater to petites or at least offer smaller sizing (XS + XXS).

ASOS Petites – great for formal-ish dresses & trendy outfits, always one of my favorites & usually fits perfectly.

Topshop Petites – I buy ALL of my jeans here (petite Jamie Jeans are my favorite). Trendy outfits too.

Urban Outfitters

Aritzia – basics, neutrals, nice fabrics. I get a lot of my tight fitted turtleneck tops here.

Express Petites

Boohoo Regular / Petites – fun, trendy, shoot clothing.

Pretty Little Thing – It’s hit or miss but they have petites and lots of colorful pieces.

Mac Duggal – for formal dresses

Victoria’s Secret – They’ve been coming out with a lot of cute street wear lately that I love! Great bodysuits.

Revolve – usually more of a splurge, but they do carry XXS which I love. And great bathing suits.

Shoes:

Zara – found so many of my winter boots & booties here.

Steve Madden – my favorite shoes. Great for small feet too.

Jeffrey Campbell – more of a splurge but so trendy and funky

Jewelry:

Baublebar

Nordstrom  (these are my favorite hoops right now, have them in gold & silver)

So appreciate you offering budget-friendly options to your readers! Too many fashion bloggers and Instagram influencers showcase only top-dollar brands – none of which I can afford! So, a big THANKS for making the fashion scene accessible for your followers!
