It’s been a weird year and life looks a lot different than it did last December 😳 Never did I ever think my favorite PJs would get this much use…nor did I picture myself becoming a yule log connoisseur. Yet here we are…🧦🔥
Mom, Nani, and I had so much fun shooting these pictures with Alicia. It was fun to get all dressed up again and pretend like we had somewhere to go (even if we just ordered takeout to have with our champagne cocktails, hehe). The holidays aren’t cancelled..they just look a little different! I’m thankful to have my two best friends so close this season.
So if holiday parties are going to be confined to our living rooms this year…there’s only one thing to do:
- Put on that sequin dress
- Pop open the Korbel
- And enjoy a festive cocktail in the comfort of your own home…because you deserve it!
Whether you’re at home with immediate family or riding solo this year…here’s a delish (and easy) champagne cocktail recipe to make while enjoying at-home festivities this season:
.
Korbel Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail Recipe
(For a single cocktail)
- 1/4 cup of pomegranate juice
- 1 cup of Korbel® Brut
- 1 tablespoon of the rosemary simple syrup (optional if you don’t like sweet drinks!)
- For serving: garnish with sprigs of rosemary + pomegranate seeds
For the simple syrup: combine ½ cup white sugar, ½ cup water, and 2 sprigs of rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
Tag me in your IG story if you make these this month!
Korbel® Brut is crisp and refreshing, with a note in the finish. It pairs perfectly with fried foods, salty snacks, and shellfish! The Mini Korbel Bruts (187ml bottles) are also so great for individual servings at small gatherings. Add a festive straw or use them in a little mimosa bar with different juice pairings 🙂 I also received the new Korbel Prosecco (available in full size or cute mini bottles), which could also pair great with this recipe. Korbel can be delivered straight to your door with Drizly, so no need to leave the house!
All dresses are from Adrianna Papell 😍
Nani’s Emerald Sequin Dress (wearing size 2)
Mom’s Lead Sequin Dress (wearing a 2)
My White Sequin Dress (size 00 and almost completely sold out but linking similar white options here, here, and here)
Thank you Korbel for partnering with me on this post…we had fun 🙂
